What internet society is about is that they create healthy websites that will benefit world wide which means people. They engage in a spectrum of internet issues including the governance, policy, technology, and development. They establish and promote things that they think that will help us the citizens that will give us a good impact in our daily lives. There work is to do campaigns for public policies that will enable open access to the world, organizing events and opportunities that will bring people together so they could share their ideas with others and see what others have to say as well, and facilitating the open development of standards like for example; protocols, administration, and the technical infrastructure of the internet. They just want to teach the world how the government could be and how it could impact their lives later on. Their education and leadership is to provide reliable information and educational opportunities that include training workshops world wide. There are more than 80,000 members in the internet society. They want our voices to be heard they want us to let the world know what we think about the issues that are going on around the world. What they say is that,  "by breaking boundaries, building bridges, and redefining borders - the Internet is changing our world and we’re working to ensure you’re empowered to drive that change." What this tries to say is that no matter if there's borders our voices could still be shared around the world through the internet.
